Since 1903, Alba has the privilege of going by its ancient name again, the symbol of archaeological treasures revealed at the foot of the village since the nineteenth century. In the middle of the vineyards, the archaeological site now covers 30 hectares and has revealed the theatre which used to have a capacity of 3,000 seats, buildings closing the north of the forum, the paved road and residential homes.
