The heart of the Wulkatal valley! What do Johann Wolfang von Goethe, Ivica Vastic and Otto von Habsburg have in common? - They are all somehow connected with the town of Antau. The charming village lies directly at the Wulka river and has been chosen as the most beautiful village of the Burgenland in 2001. For centuries Germans and Croats have been living together in harmony. The tradition of agriculture is shown in the old mill of the Wulka. More than 50 km of hiking trails and two of the most beautiful bike trails invite to long outings.
