If you have decided to access Patagonia along route Nº 3 to the south, you will arrive to Bahía Blanca travelling through the province of Buenos Aires from Capital Federal, and you will appreciate the quiet beauty of the humid pampa and its long distant horizons that transport you to immensity and the enchantment of distances. Bahía Blanca is on the final limit of this pampa, when the first gentle slopes announce the north of Patagonia, with elevations between 200 and 500 m., except in Sierra de la Ventana that reaches 1200 m. The proximity of the sea confers unique characteristics to the coasts that face the wind as a proverbial visitor.
