Manglaralto is a small village located some 190 km north of Guayaquil. Pleasant, tranquil and with a great beach for surfing and relaxing.
Manglaralto is also known for its tagua (vegetable ivory) production. An interesting organization has been set up in the village called Pro-pueblo, which works with local communities to facilitate cottage, craft and orchard production.
