Mar de Ajó is a seaside resort in Buenos Aires Province which is very important in the Coast District having a familiar atmosphere and offering the tourist diffrent joyful attractions in the surroundings of the city. You can get to this city from Capital Federal through Nº 36 National Route till Nº 11 Provincial Route going past Pipinas Town. This route will take you to destination. Another way of getting is taking Nº 2 Route till Dolores City and then taking Nº 63 Route until " Crotto's Corner" where you have to turn right and drive ahead till Mar de Ajó. For many years, this city has been known as Margarita Beach in honour to the name of a boat that sank in the coast. The city has an important commercial center that copes with all the demands of the tourist. Among the many attractions offered by Mar de Ajó, you can enjoy the beaches with a slight steep slope to the sea that ends up in a wide and straight sandy lane many kilometers long that is frequently invaded by clams and shellfish and where you can practice water sports.
