Molepolole is the town of the Bakwena tribe (one of the principle tribes of Botswana). It displays an interesting mix of architecture, which reflects the changing nature of Botswanan society as tradition gives way to a more modern lifestyle. Most of these changes are recorded (and compared) in the Sechele Museum in Molepolole.
